សាខាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសហគមន៏ព្រះសង្ឃខ្មែរអន្តរជាតិ ជាមណ្ឌលព្រះសង្ឃខ្មែរអន្តរជាតិ​ដែលបានផ្តួចផ្តើមរៀបចំឡើងដោយសម្តេចព្រះមហាឃោសានន្ទ។ សាខាទីក្រុងអូកឡិនបានបើកសម្ភោធនៅឆ្នាំ២០១១។​ ព្រះសង្ឃ និងពុទ្ធបរិស័ទ្សាខាអូកឡិន សូមអំពាវនាវស្នើរសុំការចូលរួមវិភាគទានពីលោក​ លោកស្រីដើម្បីកសាងព្រះវិហានៅក្នុងទីក្រុងអូកឡិន​ រដ្ឋកាលីហ្វ័រនីញ៉ា។ ​​​ព្រះវិហានេះ​ សាងសង់ឡើងសម្រាប់ទុកជាមរតកថ្វាយចំពោះ​​សម្តេចព្រះមហាឃោសានន្ទ​  ​​បិតាសន្ធិសញ្ញាសន្តិភាពនៃអង្គការ​សហប្រជាជាតិ​​​​ និងជាទីសក្ការៈបូជាសំរាប់ពុទ្ធសាសនិកជន​ និងប្រជាជនខ្មែរគ្រប់ទិសទីដើម្បី សាមាទានសីល និងភាវនា។ ព្រះវិហានេះជាក៏ទីតាំងសំរាប់ព្រឺទ្ធាចារ្យ ជីដូនជីតា​ មាតាបិតា កូនចៅ​​ គោរពនិងរក្សាពុទ្ធសាសនា អក្សរសាស្រ្ត វប្បធម៌ ​និងធ្វើការបន់ស្រន់ដើម្បីរម្ងាប់​អាម្មណ៏ពីទុក្ខកង្វល់​នានា​ រួមទាំងភាពសោកសៅដោយការបាត់បង់សមាជិកក្រុមគ្រួសារជាទីស្រឡាញ់នៅក្នុងរបបប្រល័យពូជសាសន៏ដ៏ឃោឃៅជាងគេនៅក្នុងប្រវិត្តិសាស្រ្តមនុស្សលោក។

សាខាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសហគមន៏ព្រះសង្ឃខ្មែរអន្តរជាតិអូកឡិន ជាវត្តដែលកំពុងតែធ្វើការអភិវឌ្ឍនឥតឈប់ឈរ។  ក្នុងរយៈពេល៥ឆ្នាំចុងក្រោយនេះ សាខាយើងបានទទួលវិភាគទាន ជាវដីបានចំនួន៣ឡូត៌ ដីចំនួនពីរ(២) ឡូត៍​បានកសាងកុដិ និងព្រះវិហា ចំណែកឡូត៍មួយ​(១)ទៀត រៀបចំសង់ជាចំណតរថយន្ត។  ស្ថាបត្យកម្មព្រះវិហានេះ លំអរដោយក្បូរក្បាច់ តាមរចនាបទប្រាសាទបន្ទាយស្រី នាសម័យអង្គរ ដឹកនាំដោយសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ​ខ្មែរនៃមហាវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទវិចិត្រសិល្បៈភ្នំពេញ។​​  ប្លង់ព្រះវិហាគូរដោយស្ថាបនិកខ្មែរនៃទីក្រុងឡុងប៊ីច​ រដ្ឋកាលីហ្វ័រនីញ៉ា។ ​ សំណង់ព្រះវិហានេះ ត្រូវចំណាយថវិកាចំនួន​ ១,១៦៣,០០០ (១លាន១សែន៦ម៉ឺន៣ពាន់ដុល្លារ) ព្រះសង្ឃ និងពុទ្ធបរិស័ទសូមធ្វើការអំពាវនាវ ដល់សប្បុរសជន សូមមេត្តាជួយបរិច្ចាគវិភាគទានកសាងព្រះវិហាតាមសទ្ធាជ្រះថ្លារៀងៗខ្លួន ។

វិភាគទានសប្បុរសធម៌របស់លោកអ្នកទោះជាមានចំនួនតិចក្តី ច្រើនក្តី (១,​ ១០, ​១០០, ​១០០០,១០០០០ដុល្លារ)​ ជាវិភាគទានចូលរួមកសាងព្រះវិហាសម្រាប់ទុកជាប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តដ៏មហិមា ទុកជាស្នាដៃ ទុកជាតំណាងឲ្យមរតកដួងព្រលឹងជាតិខ្មែរ  សាមគ្គីភាពដ៏រឹងម៉ាំ ជាទីសក្ខារៈ​សុខសន្តិភាពសំរាប់ប្រជាជនខ្មែរគ្រប់ទិសទី និងជួយលំអរតំបន់ជិតខាងឲ្យមានភាពរស់រវើក ក៏ជាទីដែលទេសចរមកទស្សនាកេរ្តិមរតកខ្មែរ រួម​មានទាំង ពុទ្ធសាសនា​ វប្បធម៌​ អរិយ្សធម៌ និង សំណាកចម្លាក់បូរាណដ៏ល្អគ្មានគូរប្រៀប។ សូមលោក លោកស្រីមេត្តាចូលរួមបរិច្ចាកវិភាគទានកសាងព្រះវិហារ។  ចំនួនសារុប ១,១៦៣,០០០ (១លាន១សែន៦ម៉ឺន៣ពាន់ដុល្លារ)។

International Khmer Community Buddhist Monk Center founded by Preas Moha Ghossananda  (Gandhi of Cambodian) for his peace talk and peace marches.  The Oakland branch open in 2011.  We are building a praying hall to provide the following services:

Cultural, Art, Language preservation: This new praying hall will be different from other Cambodian praying hall in the U.S.; this praying hall is featuring the ancient sculpture and design replicate the architecture of Prasat Banteay Srei.  Prasat Bantey Srei - the 10th-century Cambodian temple with decorative design of Angorian construction standard.  This design selection is to preserve the Khmer ancient art of Angkor.  This new Praying Hall will also serve as site for New Year’s ceremonies, language classes and senior center for Cambodian refugees living in Alameda County. The blue print of this praying hall is designed by a Cambodian architect from Los Angeles and a master contractor from the Royal University of Fine Art of Cambodia.  Both of these masters are coming together as a join effort creating a unique structure comply with U.S. building codes as well retaining the ancient workmanship of Ankgor time. Many Cambodian refugee elderlies living in the U.S.A are unable to travel back home to visit Angkor Wat due to health condition, economic, financial hardship and others.  This site will serve as worship place to community members as well as the heritage site preserving art, culture and literacy for Cambodian refugees living in the U.S. 

Cambodian literature is the oldest among the Southeast Asian countries.  The majority of young Cambodians do not have a place or opportunity to learn about Khmer literature in a setting that represents art, culture, and religion. This site will provide a place for elder Cambodians to teach Khmer literacy to young generations in a setting with a sense of belonging.  Language barrier is a major issue among Cambodian families.  These language gaps slowly breaking Cambodian families apart when parent cannot fully express themselves on various expectations include education, social behavior, religious belief and others.  At the same time children also facing the same dilemma when they cannot simply express their feelings in a way that their parent can understand to achieve a common goal and be the happy families.  This barrier may lead to stress and anxiety impacting the current chronic diseases among many Cambodians.  With this funding we hope to address these generation gaps by helping Cambodian families communicate their daily needs as well the pain and suffering that they cannot fully express due to the language barrier. 

Social Healing:  The Cambodian community in Oakland does not have a community center for senior and youth. This praying hall will serve as a site for trauma victims old and young to come pray and heal.  Cambodian refugees  and other can receive treatment and specific therapeutic interventions in a cultural competent way that can be done via meditation by the monk and support from community leaders and community members. Most importantly this site will serve as a site for art, cultural, literature, social and religious center that provide a peaceful place for surviving elderly and children to pray, heal, and find solace for their trauma and suffering. Cambodian lost countless family members and loved ones during one of the worst genocides in human history.  By engaging Cambodian refugees in safe environment representing art, culture, literacy and religion, we hope to make a significant contribution to the quality of life among our Cambodian survivors.
